FY3051HPシリーズ知能高静圧差圧トランスミッタは石化と発電所高圧装置に適した差圧トランスミッタであり、その耐圧が高いため32MPa、破損することなく一方向過負荷圧力に耐えることができる,したがって、高圧系の差圧測定に確実に使用することができる。プロセス圧力は両側または片側の隔離膜片、充填液を介して伝送されるδチャンバの中心は膜片を測定し、中心膜片は緊張した弾性要素であり、それはそれに作用する両側圧力差に対応する変形変位を発生し、その変位は差圧に比例し、最大変位は約100um、この変位は容量極板に形成された差動容量に変換され、電子回路によって差動容量が二線式に変換される4-20mADCシグナル、供給PLC及び二次計器。

Because its withstand voltage is up to 32Mpa,and it can withstand unidirectional overload pressure without damage, it can bereliably used for differential pressure measurement of high-pressure system. theprocess pressure is transmitted to the central measuring diaphragm of the δchamber through two or one isolation diaphragm and filling liquid. The centraldiaphragm is a tensioned elastic element, which produces correspondingdeformation displacement for the pressure difference between the two sidesacting on it, the displacement is proportional to the differential pressure,and the maximum displacement is about 100um. this displacement is convertedinto the differential capacitance formed on the capacitor plate. Thedifferential capacitance is converted into a two-wire 4-20madc signal by theelectronic circuit, which is supplied to PLC and secondary instruments.

FY3051HPシリーズ知能高静圧差圧トランスミッタは遠隔通信機能のほか、内部レンジとゼロ調整ボタンを備えており、現場でレンジとゼロビット、トランスミッタの出力を再調整するのに便利であり、ソフトウェアを通じて実現することができる。また、トランスミッタは、4~20mA伝送信号にデジタル通信信号を重畳して照会と診断を行い、プロセスを中断せずに信号を出力し、制御室でトランスミッタを遠隔照会し、再構成することができる。
